...because of reasons
You know they're basically my OTP so yeah, here's another fanart of them :'D I've drawn them in my sketchbook something like at least three weeks ago, it took me ages to finish the sketch as I could NEVER work on it and finally I threw in some colors and here ya go. Still trying to figure out new colorings techniques and stuff, like I did with my Jack Frost fanart I submitted some days ago...
Rav's arm is cut in that indecent way because I don't know how to properly exploit a little Moleskine's blank page BD
The background (must be the throne room of Rav's castle x'D) was added after drawing the characters so it has absolutely nothing to do with anything and the whole thing itself doesn't make much sense, just had some fun in drawing the two together. With Rav smiling in an out of character way, and Eric being a little out of place in a totally in character way because let's face it, he ALWAYS seems to be out of place. At least, from what I perceive when I watch the movie. x)
The symbols on the frames are meant to symbolize them or something... the crow, the axe, you know...
But anyway I'm really crazy because I've seen only one or two people giving a chance to this ship and I was the one who spread the word so I guess I basically invented a ship haha! I mean, come on, they're the only characters with actual psychological depth in the movie (I'm gonna get hate for this I guess)... I mean, Ravenna hates men for a series of reasons and Eric is like the opposite of which Ravenna thinks of men so it's not like it doesn't make any sense at all and the original SWATH script is to blame because it implies things about them (you can find it in the description of this old drawing of mine fav.me/d5bkzfa) and okay I'll shut up now D':

Anyway, I hope you like it a bit!
And now I shall go to bed because tomorrow is gonna be a freakin' hell day of assignments
