I wonder what changed while I was away...? Either way, I thought I'd try and post a drawing again. And make a journal while I was at it, too!

I've got an important statement to make.
I've already got at least 2 warnings of inappropriate use of a very old fanart of mine, about the TV series "Supernatural", that I posted in 2011 on my Deviantart accounts for a fanart contest held by a group of fans back then. This one: orig00.deviantart.net/5527/f/2…
This fanart has been downloaded and it's being used as a design for t-shirts, hoodies etc. on various sites that sell personalized clothing and such.
I've been warned about it's presence even on Amazon.com, on a t-shirt sold by a user. This user even left my signature on the fanart, without me knowing anything about it, and put it on the t-shirt. Customer reviews report that the t-shirt itself is made with very poor quality fabric and inaccurate sizes.
Even though in this particular case it seems like, luckily, the product is now unavailable (the product's page still exists, however), I made a quick research on Google and noticed that someone is using this fanart again on t-shirts, hoodies and stuff in many other sites (the ones I saw use as a pretext the recent "Supernatural" and animated series "Scooby-Doo" crossover episode, and even define the print as a "limited edition").
Given the apparent inability to officially report the matter to the staff of these sites, it is absolutely essential for me to declare that I AM IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED TO THE SELLERS/USERS THAT HAVE SUBMITTED THE FANART TO THESE SITES, THAT I DIDN'T KNOW THAT MY OLD FANART WAS BEING USED THIS WAY, and that the drawing IS IN NO WAY OFFICIAL/RELATED TO "SUPERNATURAL" OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE. I'll say that again, it's just an old fanart made for a fanart contest held by fans on Deviantart seven years ago.
At this very moment, moreover, I don't own any accounts on any sites that sell personalized clothing or other objects, nor I run or refurnish any type of online stores.
So, if you happen to see my fanarts or other drawings of mine on these sites, please know that they have nothing to do with me, and that they were uploaded by the single users' by their own initiative. Above all, they have nothing to do with the official merchandise regarding "Supernatural" or any other fandoms I've made fanart of.
When possible, I kindly ask you to report them to the sites' owners and/or to send me a message about it.

Mi sono già arrivate almeno due segnalazioni di utilizzo inappropriato di una mia vecchia fanart della serie tv "Supernatural", realizzata e postata nel 2011 sui miei account Deviantart per un fanart contest organizzato da un gruppo di appassionati della serie. Eccola:

Questa fanart è stata scaricata e viene proposta come design per magliette, felpe e quant'altro su svariati siti che vendono capi d'abbigliamento personalizzati e affini.
Mi è stata segnalata la sua presenza addirittura su Amazon.com. Qui l'utente che l'ha caricata, insieme all'immagine, ha persino lasciato la mia firma, senza che io ne sapessi nulla, sulla t-shirt, che le recensioni degli acquirenti riportano essere di qualità molto scadente per la stoffa con cui è realizzata e per l'inaccuratezza delle taglie.
Seppure in questo caso pare che, per fortuna, al momento il prodotto non sia più disponibile (per quanto l'inserzione continui ad essere presente), da una veloce ricerca su Google ho notato che stanno riproponendo questa fanart su molti altri siti di magliette e affini (in quelli che ho visto, usano come pretesto l'uscita del recente episodio crossover di "Supernatural" con la serie animata "Scooby-Doo" e la definiscono addirittura una "edizione limitata").
Data l'apparente impossibilità di segnalare ufficialmente la cosa allo staff dei siti in questione, mi è indispensabile dichiarare almeno che io NON SONO IN ALCUN MODO ASSOCIATA AI VENDITORI/UTENTI CHE L'HANNO PROPOSTA, CHE NON SAPEVO CHE LA MIA VECCHIA FANART VENISSE UTILIZZATA IN QUESTO MODO, e che il disegno in questione NON E' ASSOLUTAMENTE UFFICIALE/RELATIVO AL MERCHANDISE UFFICIALE DI "SUPERNATURAL".
Ripeto, è soltanto una vecchia fanart fatta per divertimento per un contest tra appassionati su Deviantart risalente a ben sette anni fa.
Al momento, inoltre, non possiedo alcun account su alcun sito di personalizzazione di capi d'abbigliamento e altro e neppure gestisco e/o rifornisco nessun tipo di negozio online.
Perciò se vi capita di vedere mie fanart o altri miei disegni su questi siti, sappiate che non hanno nulla a che fare con me, e che sono stati caricati di propria iniziativa dagli utenti in questione. Soprattutto, non hanno nulla a che fare con il merchandising ufficiale di "Supernatural" o di qualunque altro fandom su cui io abbia fatto dei disegni.
Laddove fosse possibile, vi chiedo cortesemente di segnalarle ai proprietari dei siti e/o di mandarmi un messaggio al riguardo.

DA bug in uploading stuff

So I got this DA bug that won't let people upload art and stuff? Haha!
It says "failed to update, this deviation was deleted", some of you guys got it too?
I guess it should go away like many DA bugs, I wouldn't want to delete history and all that stuff some people seem to suggest haha. Also because it's not sure it'll work like that.
Still, I was meaning to upload a new drawing, so in the meanwhile you can maybe have a look at it on Tumblr here, if you want: rennydraws.tumblr.com/post/140… (yeah, yeah it's Wolvie haha)
I had even wrote a DA descriptiooon haha!! Well if you want you can let me know what you think in a comment here, or when the DA bug stops bugging and maybe I can upload the thing here as well!
