Alright, so, last Friday TLK in 3D finally came out in Italy and yesterday I got to watch it!!
It was so AWESOME! ;A;

I have to admit it, just at the beginning, during "The Circle Of Life" I really thought I was gonna cry xD but somehow I held myself back lol, I was SO excited!! And TLK isn't even my favorite Disney movie (it's The Hunchback Of Notre-Dame if you're wondering :D)

The 3D itself really amazed me. That's what I want to see. 3D it's ok (despite the huge cost of the damn cinema ticket), but with TRADITIONAL animation. Maybe in terms of production, costs and everything what I am saying doesn't even make sense, I really don't know much about technical stuff, but I think they should make more like this, even new movies...lots of people want traditional animation back, yet ALL we get is those CG movies...and personally, I pretty much hate them, with all due respect to people who like them.

But anyway, wasn't TLK in 3D just amazing? It was SO COOL to see 2D characters look so alive! You could feel the difference between the characters who stood in front of others ;A; it was greeaaaat!! It was more great than seeing CG characters, who already look three-dimensional, in 3D. Of course that's my opinion! Also given by the fact that I totally believe traditional Disney movies like TLK are the best :la:

Now what really kills me is that I DEMAND a 3D version of Hunchback Of Notre-Dame, even though that film is so well made that it looks 3D already just watching at the backgrounds x°D and I know it will never happen anyway, 'cause HOND isn't really popular and therefore it would be nothing of a commercial move like 3D TLK was...lol why I always cheer for unpopular things? That's a curse! :'D
But anyway, I hope a thing like this will happen again to some other Disney movie :D (as long as it's not Emperor's New Groove... : | )

But anyway, what do you think about 3D TLK? :D Would you like more Disney movies in 3D?

PS: on a side note, I'm not dead! I'm just having trouble in drawing haha! I have to do homework for the comic school I'm attending, and moreover they are BORING and LONG homework. And I don't feel inspired at all in drawing other stuff D: when I get inspired I work on my portfolio (yep, the SPN art you see lately are done for practicing backgrounds and to be put in my portfolio, so I'm not procrastinating with them xD) AND I have to finish two commissions people already payed for... sorry for the inactivity, I'm slowly trying to get back in track, but this is a really hard period somehow : /

I loved watching The Lion King in the theaters again that was awesome by itself :la: I was five when I first watched it and my memory of it was blur. :XD:
It's my favorite Disney movie forever :meow:
I think all Disney classics should get a 3D version and have a theaters session again. :XD:

Haha well, I'm 19 and I was SO moved when I watched the first scene, so yeah :D it was just great watching it in the cinema, it's really different than watching it on the TV haha!
I like HOND because Quasi is just a great character! :la:

xD Quasi is cute too!
Have you ever watched the Second one?
They look kinda funny on there imo, but, it's alright!

Haha, yeah, I did watch it once or twice, but sincerely I totally hate the second one!!
In first place, I think it totally ruined the story and the characters because they wanted to add the love story at any costs even when the first didn't need one, and the art is so bad it doesn't even look like a Disney movie! D: so..I don't consider it very much >_<

I just saw it the other day! Amazing right? I grew up with the movie, but it was amazing. Truly wonderful experience. They need to do this with other Disney movies.

I totally agree!! Probably they won't (not with the ones I like the most anyway, they're not so popular, even if Tarzan may get a chance as well...) but it's also a great thing for children nowadays, who didn't grow up with these beautiful movies and they should have the possibility to watch them like we did! ;_;

Oh my god how good was it!!! Best bit was getting all the adult jokes that you completely missed as a kid XD

Totally agreed, I reckon the Hunchback of Notre Dame would look amazing in 3D! Or even Beauty and the Beast; my favourite Disney movie is Mulan but I think the 3D would ruin that one :/

Haha yeah, exactly!! xD That's the amazing thing I noticed when I started re-watching Disney movies when I was 16! x)

Gawd, yeah, Beauty and the Beast would be great as well! *W* Mulan is one of my favorites too, and thinking about it, I agree with you, it looks good for what it is! :D
