Just writing a quick entry to tell you I'll be gone for a while; I'll have no internet access for a week or so (I hope...usually these things take longer, for what I know haha!), therefore... sorry, no uploads and no answering comments until I'm back D:

The day was awesome, I went watching Les Miserables with my mom and my best friend. Whoa, that movie is so damn awesome. I got chills!!

Just another JournalHello everyone, how's it going? I've been good lately, and also this week's my spring break, so that means I'm gonna have more time for drawing. And also, something that I wanted to share, back in February I made a blog post on my tumblr, which now has over 80,000 notes! And it's because this post contains a video I found of a painter, and what's really stricking is that he did a painting in less than 90 seconds. You can see it right here below too.
Oh, and since I didn't had the time to set up for a new art features before this weekend, I'll use this journal to help begin another.

Hi guys!!

How are you doing?

I'm here to ask you a big favor actually... someone posted on Tumblr these two Star Wars drawings of mine: [link] and [link] .

I was kinda okay with that, since the author of the post [link] did originally put a link to my DeviantArt page, BUT then many people started reblogging this very post leaving the comment but deleting the link to the original source.

So what I wanna ask you is that, if you find this post without any links on Tumblr, please add it, if you have time, or just reblog this version of the post [link] made by me, in which there are the rightful links to DA and to my Tumblr.

Sorry to bother you with this, but I'm very fond of those Star Wars drawings (Star Wars is really my number one fandom so...x) ) and I thought I'd try to do something so that people know that I made those. At first I didn't want to do anything because I don't want to look like I'm seeking attention or anything, but at a second thought I realized that it's only fair to ALWAYS credit the original artists when a drawing is posted. Stating the obvious here, but as we know some people just don't get it...

I'd never thought I'd have to write this down because I'd never imagined people could be interested in my SW art so much though x)
So aside from this, a big thank you to you all, it means a lot to me

And if you happen to be able to help, I'd be forever grateful. Heck, just thank you for taking time to read this, actually.

Someone on tumblr copied it from cheezburger and used that for the source. The person who posted the cheezburger thing sourced you (probably didn't post with your permission as that's just how cheezburger is) but the tumblr person didn't. I reblogged it with your tumblr, the link to your dA and some of the art reblog from you on tumblr.

Aaw, it's a shame that's happened to you.
It's not fair at all to the artists who spend so much time on the artworks.
Unfortunately, I don't have Tumblr, so I can't do any reblogging, but instead I shall say that your art is awesome and you deserve credit for it for being the marvelous art ninja that you are! ^.^

It really isn't fair for people to do that. Especially when you consider that, not only do you not get credit for your own work, but all those people who see the uncredited art don't know who the amazing artist is, and won't be able to look up anymore of their awesome art.

Yep! Sadly, many times this happens to many, many artists! Luckily this now can be mitigated thanks to the Google image search system!

And the person who posted it actually put all the links and credits, so it must have been just someone who deleted them between one reblog and another! :/
